Dear Ivon, there are some good talks by Brene Brown on youtube if you would like to hear her speak on this topic. I have found them very meaningful and constructive on my path. Thanks for reminding me of this quote! I remember at the age of 12 having a little poster in my room with the words “Vulnerability is Strength”. All the best on the road 🙂

I’ve never heard of Brene Brown. Thank you for sharing their quote Ivon. Amazing how the very thing that can catapult a person higher or out of the mire is the very thing that freezes them in place. I do not like that feeling of being vulnerable, but recognize the truth of Brene’s advice.
