The person who looks back at us is the person we are. The questions in the post are so much better than answers. We can live into the questions as Rilke would say.
.
.
Can you accept your flaws, your imperfections, your perceived unworthiness.
Next, can you accept approval, disapproval, indifference, and criticism.
Can you let go of judgment?
Can you drop the storyline of fear?
Can you stay present?
Can you let the mind empty?
Healing does not happen because daily action is avoided.
The reasons are varied, from fear, to laziness, to being to depressed.
