If each day, I did small things to be a better peacemaker, healer, restorer, lover and tell stories that make the world better and healthier it could make a small and incremental difference.
”The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers and lovers of all kinds.”

Spoken so eloquently by the Dalai Lama!
Yes, his words are always paradoxically profound and simple.
Such a simple commitment – if we each made it, can you imagine what the world might become?
It would be wonderful. Perhaps, if we each did small things each day?
It’s a commitment I can make – and actually try to be conscious of regularly (though I can’t say I succeed on a daily basis, I think I can say more often than not)..
We can all do this, one at a time.
We only need to try a little each moment.
Amin
How true!
It is beautifully so.
It is no coincidence that Apollo was both the god of healing and the god of poetry and music.
Art and healing are profoundly interconnected. The creative aspect has a soothing feature.
Love and generosity, tolerance and respect are the keys of our life… Dalai-Lama comes to France twice a year, his French interpreter-translator for about 40 years has been an ex-scientist, Matthieu Ricard who quit everything and became a Tibetan monk… Last year, he was considered to be the happiest man on Earth! 🙂

I have read a little Matthieu Ricard’s work. He helped, I think, facilitate the brain research that showed meditation helps improve brain functioning. Thank you for the link.
Words of wisdom my friend 🙂
They truly are.
